The Solicomp GmbH, announces the complete takeover of Hauber & Graf electronics GmbH.
The groundbreaking agreement for both companies was sealed in a Munich notary’s office in the presence of the three leading figures Josef Calcagno, Frank Holz and Rainer Hillenbrand. The close cooperation with Hauber & Graf Electronics GmbH is now completed with the full takeover by Solicomp GmbH.
Both companies have firmly established themselves as independent and owner-managed specialist distributors in their respective segments over decades.

Dominik Calcagno becomes new Managing Director at Solicomp
Solicomp GmbH is setting the course for the future and appointing Dominik Calcagno as its new Managing Director. The 32-year-old engineer joins the company's existing leaders Frank Holz and Josef Calcagno with immediate effect.
